Polyester Polyol (PU) is made of dicarboxylic acid and glycol, which after an esterification reaction becomes a high molecular weight polymer. It is a transparent, viscous liquid or white solid that can react with diisocyanate to produce polyurethane resin. PU has excellent weather resistance, mechanical strength, durability, adhesiveness, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, sound insulation, and heat insulation as well as many other characteristics. It can be utilized to make foams, elastomer, coatings, synthetic leather, elastic fibers, thermoplastic polyurethane, adhesive sealant, caulkers/fillers, waterproof material and various other applications. |
